We use Your Personal data to provide intermittent updates in reference to the future launch of UK Marketplace and create an account for you to access the future services of UK Marketplace through which you can buy and sell goods. We have access to Your Personal Data only to perform tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose

  • To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

With the exception of creating a public profile and those reasons outlined in the section of this privacy policy titled Disclosure of Your Personal Data, then as outlined below, we WILL NOT share your personal information with any external Service Providers, Affiliates, Business Partners, or any 3rd parties who are external to UK Marketplace whatsoever.

Creation of a partially completed Public Profile : Upon the launch of UK Marketplace you will be provided with an Account that shall consist of a Login ID, temporary password and partially completed public profile. This Login ID will be your email address. With the exception of your Email Address and Phone Number we will use your personal information to create a partially completed Public Profile within your Account. Such information may be viewed by all other users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.

Your Public Profile will only be partially completed, and you will be able to then edit and complete all other details necessary when you login to use the Service.

Again we would like to reinforce that We DO NOT share or distribute your EMAIL ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBER with any 3rd parties external to UK Marketplace or any other user within UK Marketplace. Your email address and phone number WILL NOT be used as part of your public profile within UK Marketplace.

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
